Design
The company technical office has the most powerful hardware and software for designing the various types of plant we deal in. The technical-sales organisation is able to satisfy all the customer requirements, beginning with the feasibility studies, preparing the offers right through to after sales service.
Production
Otefal Engineering has unique experience and expertise that has been gained by using the systems they design. All the systems are constructed internally, using highly specialised staff who then follow the installation and testing on the customer's premises.
Technical support
The fact the machines are good is not enough; even a new hi-tech completely automated system can cause loss of time and money due to start up and regulation problems. These problems are all avoided by the support given by OTEFAL ENGINEERING, supplying turnkey systems and organising training for the customer's staff, both in Italy and abroad. |
