Activities: Painting Aluminium.
Founded in 2002 with the goal of expanding Otefal’s business on the French market, the Otefal France production plant has made its mark on local markets in subsequent years through its strategic choices, focusing on the highest quality standards, efficient service and continuing innovation.
Specialising in its core business of powder pre-painted aluminium coils, the French plant has a production capacity of 8,000 tons of the Mirawall brand (ranging from 0.8 to 2.0mm) thanks to its continuous painting lines and double shifts on a daily basis.
The plant is located in the Saint Chamond industrial park, a strategic position in both logistical and business terms due to its closeness to Lyon, the major crossroads in commercial traffic between France and Italy.
This young company’s innovative approach is also reflected in the design of its new headquarters: an oval building standing out from the standard forms most commonly used in the building industry which endows the company with a strong character and enhances the presence of Otefal’s painted sheets through their use as façade cladding, thereby demonstrating how they can comprehensively meet up to the requirements of modern architecture.
