The Alutefal painting lines produce powder coated, liquid painted and sublimation printed aluminium mouldings and sheets. The latter process enables the reproduction of special effects, such as wood, marble etc.
To guarantee the highest possible quality standards, Alutefal invests substantial resources in the systematic quality control of all batches. An in-house chemical lab conducts daily mechanical tests on the paint finish, where the material is destined for processes involving bending, extruding, cutting etc.
The installations operated at the plant include: horizontal painting systems, a compact painting system, a sublimation printing system and a liquid painting line for PVDF paints.
