Alutefal was founded in 1974 in Grassobbio, in the province of Bergamo with, as its mission, the provision of specialised services to offer the best possible finishes for all types of aluminium moulding. Alutefal uses state of the art systems ensuring complete control over each stage in the aluminium painting process and works in total compliance with the strictest standards concerning quality (QUALICOAT license number 701), health, safety and the environment. The production plant boasts two powder coat painting lines for aluminium mouldings, alongside a new line using special liquid PVDF paints, the only one of its kind in Italy. The company became a part of the Otefal group in 1988, benefiting from the group’s wealth of expertise gained from three generations of experience in the painted aluminium sector.

To guarantee the highest possible quality standards, Alutefal invests substantial resources in the systematic quality control of all batches. An in-house chemical lab conducts daily mechanical tests on the paint finish, where the material is destined for processes involving bending, extruding, cutting etc. |
