A quality choice
Alusteel has always been specialized in the continuous coating of steel and aluminium coils. The company is certified ISO 9001:2000 by TUV institute: this is the proof of the high quality of its products.
The decision to employ the services of only certified suppliers - handpicked leading names in the business - means that Alusteel semifinished products are created using raw materials (steel and paints) of proven quality that have passed severe testing.
Finishes are achieved by applying different types of liquid coatings based on the specific requirements of the individual customer: from polyurethane to polyamide, from plastisol to PVDF paints, the latter likely to provide the highest performance in terms of long life, resistance and workability.
The result is a range of virtually unlimited finishes, from the classic series of RAL colours to modern metallic shades and finishes created ''ad hoc'' to meet the customer's requirements.
Another of Alusteel's distinguishing features is the fact that it's always willing to fabricate bespoke products - from made-to-measure cross and longitudinal cutting to reductions in size - and to coat even small batches.
